Following recent Government announcements about COVID-19 Alert Level restrictions coming into place, all Auckland TAB branches are currently closed and are expected to remain closed until 26 August.
The venues closed are:

All branches outside of Auckland will operate under Alert Level 2 guidelines. Our top priority is to ensure that our customers and team members feel comfortable and safe while in our stores.
We are taking a number of steps to ensure that you have a safe experience in our branches, including:
- In addition to our standard cleaning protocol, increasing the cleaning frequency of high volume touch points, like touch screens and eftpos terminals;
- Observing social distancing measures (allowing at least a 1 metre distance between customers and staff); and
- Providing for contact tracing, including displaying the Government's COVID-19 QR Code.

We’ll need your support to keep our TAB outlets safe. We ask that you continue to use good hand washing and hygiene procedures, observe coughing etiquette and to refrain from coming into one of our stores if you are feeling unwell.
These certainly are extraordinary times that are likely to create some anxiety, which could be particularly hard for vulnerable people in our communities.
